Brooks Ghost 11 Shoes
Brooks Ghost 11 Shoes

The Brooks Ghost 11 running shoe exists to provide excellent cushioning without sacrificing responsiveness.

This, paired with the Brand’s trademark comfort, has to be why the Ghost is continually the best seller for the Brand.

Design Brooks Ghost 11 Shoes

The Brooks Ghost 11 is a natural running pair of shoes that offers support and cushioning.

It has a mid arch which supports my average feet remarkable.

I like the meshed upper material that breaths well and stretches as your feet shrink and expand due to external factors and varying effort levels.

The laces also have a slight stretch to support, keeping your feet comfy as they move while running.

Durability

The outsoles are formed of blown rubber below the forefoot and a solid rubber below the heel.

This is a highly durable combination, and while the Brooks Ghost 11 shows some heel wear at the 350 miles mark, this was pretty the same as the wear pattern experienced with 10s.

I am confident that I will be convinced that I’ll be wearing the shoes well beyond the six hundred-mile mark.

Sizing

The Brooks Ghost 11 running shoes guarantee a fit that’s true to size in terms of width and length.

The shoe also comes in a range of size options.

Runners of varying foot volumes are sure to find their ideal fit as the Brooks Ghost 11 running shoe is available in many width profiles:

medium, narrow, wide, and extra-wide for males, and narrow, medium, and wide for females.

Support

The Brooks Ghost 11 offers a supportive feel, though it is not as soft as some of the usual trainers specifically made around, presenting the plushest cushioning possible.

With included cushioning in the heel, the Brooks Ghost 11 running shoe is constructed to provide a soft and smooth impact and gradually transition to a firmer toe-off as you turn through your stride.

Best Running Shoes for Triathlon
My name is Mick, and I'm a marathon runner and travel enthusiast from New York. I'm not a natural runner and have worked hard to cut my marathon time from 5.14 to 3.68. I'm currently chasing a Boston Qualifying time of sub 3.30. My blog shares my experiences of balancing marathon training, work and active travel adventures, plus advice specifically for runners. In a nutshell, I’m your average runner who is full of encouragement, motivation, running stories, and a lot of (both solicited and unsolicited) beginner fitness advice.
