How To File a Warranty Claim

RUNNING SHOES FOR SUPINATION Canada Corporation (“RUNNING SHOES FOR SUPINATION”) warrants that its footwear products will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from purchase, and its apparel and accessories products will be free from manufacturing defects for six months from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover any defects due to improper fit, everyday wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.
This warranty applies only to RUNNING SHOES FOR SUPINATION products purchased from RUNNING SHOES FOR SUPINATION or RUNNING SHOES FOR SUPINATION-authorized retailers unless otherwise prohibited by law.
RUNNING SHOES FOR SUPINATION products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who must follow RUNNING SHOES FOR SUPINATION’s policies and procedures.
