Adidas Solar Boost ST19 Review Running Shoes

As the name advises, the Solar Boost ST is the stability of the solar boost shoe from Adidas.

It includes a rail system and twin density boost foam guide the foot from overpronating without including too much extra weight.

Features Adidas Solar Boost ST19

This is one of the 2 stability shoes in the Adidas solar line, the other being the Solar Glide ST.

The Solar Boost ST is the heavier choice providing the most support out of the two.

The sole is what makes the sneaker shine. It is versatile, durable, and reliable.

Adidas and long time partner continental utilize their signature webbed rubber in the outsole.

The Perfect Shoe for Stability Runners

Adidas golden child, boost is in attendance in the midsole.

The TPU pellets compress on impact and bounce back, providing a springy yet cushioned ride.

Since this is a stability shoe, the foam is a twin density model.

The Torsion system is a long plastic piece smack dab in the center to offer arch support.

It acts as a bridge between the rear and the forefoot, permitting more independent action.

Finally, the rails spread beyond the midsole to cup the foot and offer support from overpronation.

It does not drastically replace the strike like many other support sneakers that has a medial plate.

Instead, it guides the foot and works with the twin density system to offer support where you need it.

Adidas Solarboost 19 Shoe Consumer Marathon Training

The ride of the shoe was stunning. The 10mm drop, and torsion structure had more mostly landing on my heel and lifting off with my mild foot, but this did not provide me any problems.

At the tail end of my testing, there is the lowest wear on the shoe. Pretty remarkable considering I was a hundred miles deep on the shoe, and I am a larger runner.
